Impeller down
Bolt on shoe/plate combo from either ARS marine or HTP... I installed the bolt on combo to my hull a couple years ago. Shoe ends up being right at keel. This combo helped all around an is easy to install without removing the intake. Duane from HTP will walk you through details on cradle (tall or short) ect...

Yes, they are pretty bad. I was able to remove one bearing with my finger. With the sleeve that I saw on line, would that eliminate the use of oil in the bowl?. I know I'll have to have it machined to fit, but just wondering if im going the right way about this for long term repair. Thanks for the advice.
