I am sensing a new banderlog, and my rewarders getting mounted on the Tahiti. Plus a gasket / seal kit for the RD400.

I have to pay an extra $30 a year though to keep my old blue and yellow plates.
Because they fell off the system I had to register them as vanity plates or surrender them.
While we were at his home cleaning out his garage I came a cross this nice little find. A 1979 Yamaha RD400 Daytona Special with only 6,800 miles on it.
Little gummed up in the carbs, but no dents, and all original. Best part the bike was free
But I think my Tahiti may suffer a little, can't afford to dump money into both

and it didn't have seat belts! LOL

(approximately 100).
I almost imported a Ausie ford because of that movie LOL.
and it is on Blue Ray!!
Very very cool. Watch them closely. J/K

Underneath the aluminum strip is the seem for top and bottom. Well when the boat is sitting, and the lake gets a little choppy water seeps in on the right corner
. I looked inside and the top deck is securely glassed to the outside of the transom. I have sat in the boat with a garden hose and watched it. I run water over the right corner and it comes out around the inside of my right exhaust outlet.
luckily this only happens in very choppy water while the boat is sitting.
Looks like the will clear my bearing buddies too

. I have a nice little right angle air sander that uses roloc disks that I will use to clean up with.
TT,
What are the chances those pics were taken at Lake San Antonio off the North Shore?
So I have no cool lake pictures from when I was a kid.

if my 455 didn't suck up some lake I would give more LOL.

so the motor is out getting resealed and cleaned.
But it is going to be classic 70's colors, Metalic cherry red, and metalic gold

(and is reliable)
