« on: January 18, 2008, 09:44:07 AM »I don't think there's a big enough demand for it. There are tons of different hot rod mags out there for a reason - $$$. Boating, especially gas guzzling jet boats, not so many as compared to hot rods, gardens, wanabe chefs, etc...

I renewed my subscription to it. Then I recieved my first copy in 08 and it totally sucks balls! There is no jet boat/v-drive section anymore? Some one should start a low freeboard magazine. Because alot of us out here still like boating but with out a six figure boat to pay off!
And whats up with there website. I caught rumor that they kicked alot of people off. Anybody know the scoop? Thanks.

I'm just happy that the boat went to a cool new owner. Who will take good care of it. Looking forward to seeing it out there when I get my next boat, and hope to make a couple side by side passes with him 
Al- watch that BeerJet... his boats a runner, he's already smoked the Miller a few times. Maybe pull a couple of plug wires on his boat before the race!
You guys take care. I'll be checking in from time to time. For the next few months I will be living on the tightest budget ever, trying to save as much money as possible and after Febuary I hope to be buying a boat as soon as possible...we'll see.

What makes them the "racing" headers is the large diameter tubes. I've seen headers for an Olds with small square port tubes that are Bassett headers as well, they seemed poorly made, very thin walls. These headers I bought from Chaz were the exact ones that I replaced on my boat!

This boat must go! My wife is taking off of work from Dec. - Feb. to study for the Bar Exam. I didn't really have that good of summer to put away money for her time off. We always split everything 50/50 so now i need the $$$ just to get by. Dont worry we don't plan on being off the water for too long.

« on: October 12, 2007, 08:50:32 AM »I saw this boat in person at the AVI when I had my Miller. Because I had a Miller I looked this one over and I was very impressed with this one. Not a "perfect show quality" but very nice for a runner. I can also say that this boat ran the entire weekend and seemed to never skip a beat. I liked it, can you tell?
