The No Wake Zone / Wriedt boat info, pics, etc
« on: April 09, 2014, 06:49:27 PM »
So I have been searching for info but all that shows up is some old news prints and a few post on sites that dont give that much info. We bought a 75 what I was told maverick 19 but from what I have read maverick was only a 18 and it has the original motor down to the gaskets thanks to rushineliminator71 .

Just like to learn more about what we got
Thanks

I've always felt the smaller sites are better, be it the car or off road ones I was on.

The sport? I don't have a problem with the tsunami generators out there when the water is torn to shit, but they intentionally screw the water up for everyone else when could just as easily stay out of peoples way.

I have wanted to confront these asshats on numerous occasions. Just this last year we had one cruise right by our houseboat close enough that I could see the gauges in the boat... There was NOBODY on the lake, lake Shasta that is. 365 Miles of shoreline and these tools think we want to see what they're doing. Up close.

It is only a "sport" when they are courteous to other boaters.

Just my opinion.

Oh I feel you on that, I was almost ran over up on the Delta by som dude running bow up on the inside corner. Boat hit my ski right as I got my foot out. We also had a skier roost our 2 boats once my dad chased him down jumped on the others guy boat and throw his keys in the water. Respect is a big thing on the water.

We are actually thinking of getting a place lower river we just want to be on the water chill with good people and I gotta get some high speed runs in.

I really don't see what pisses you off. I grew up on ski boats and I don't see why a new sport advancing is bad. I get that low slung boats and big wakes don't mix but it up to the person to be a dick behind the wheel not the sport

I got hooked up  Got a early dominator bowl, thanks Jake, took it to Tim at Place, and he machined the outlet to match the droop that I got from him also. He also machined my nozzle for the FTN inserts, which he gave me to see which one would work better, (fine tune ). Got the ride plate, steering extension, all the stainless hardware, everything   To top it off, Tim also traded me my transom adapter, for one that had been already been machined out and powdercoated for the slightly bigger diameter dom bowl. Going to Mac this weekend to install      Thanks Tim, @ Place diverter and controls

So jelly did you need to get a new bowl with the diverted or was it a want
