Yeah i do hate to see it go into a jet boat and not what it belongs in , but i have to be reasonable here and go the cheapest and best way. Parker is coming up to quick and my goal is to make it to parker so unless i find a buyer within a couple of days , its going into the Omega ....

Did some more researching found a guy that deals with these blocks, gave him the casting # and he said its worth $1,800-$2,500 Dion was right i could build another engine by selling that block

Thanks for being understanding  and being a stand up guy, i just hope this show's everyone the kind of person you are "trustworthy" un like  well nevermind    I dont know what im doing with the block but Dion is really wanting me to sell it , it belongs in a classic or restored car. i have to agree not just a jetboat. But like i said i told him to check the bore , hot tank it, cam bearings and we will take it from there

These are on eBay in an auction that ends in a day or so. These are no longer available through this website. They are at about $150 in a 'no reserve' auction. Marcsrollin got $305 for some Hardin logs that weren't even close to this condition in appearence or functionality (YEA, I"m jealous Marc    ) .

What if any are the marks to look for on a used cam? Im just curiouse to know what was in my engine.  cause im thinking about using it again. Numbers on the back are 975481

Ok now seriouse business here , i am going back to the machine shop today and talking to Dion. He is the man who knows what to do. I have done some research and  i think i might be able to do studs like Josh said, But we will see .  I also found out i can bore this block to a 427   1965-1966 they were going to produce a 409 but didnt, sooo...... i have a block with thick cylinders  (for now) I dont want to have to  start all over again.  Jason you hooked me up with some good shit, dont think im mad or nothing cause im not.  I get frustrated too quick i think.  I started my vacation today soooooooooooooooooooooooooooo.......... ..................................its all about getting the boat done...
 I  will let you know whats up when i get back from the shop.....  By the way is there a way to tell what cam i have?   This is the # i found on it 975481
