Boat Showcase / Newbie got a family boat !!

Hey everyone, Ive been a member here for almost a year now and I think this is my first post. I just recently got rid of the ol flattys and picked up a more family friendly float. I made sure to stick with a jet so im still accepted lol. We have taken the new boat out a few times and love it, we always go to Silverwood so hopefully we can meet some of you guys this season. Now I think im going to have to change my member name  :banghead: I think Brad is working on that for me.

I have been to pyramid a few times, always on jet skis though, never took my boat. What I can tell you is, you have to be in line by 5am on the weekend if you want in. Ive showed up there at 5:15 and I was already the 30th truck in line to launch at 6. They limit the number of vessels. Sometimes Ranger Rick can be real ass there too.

I have never ran it. and the guy i got it from said the heads were bolted on and then thats it, his father passed. I just have the valve covers and intake sittin there for mock up. They arent even bolted down.

Im looking to get rid of this motor i got a while back. Im selling my boat and getting a different one and have no use for this motor. Dont know any of the spefifics. The guy i got it from says it was rebuilt in 2012 for his dads boat and he passed away. I got it just like this and did nothing to it. $1200 Or best offer.

Yeah i was runnin warm too, but im sure it was related to the t valve, since no water was exiting through the headers it ALL had to exit through the dump so it wasnt able to get out of the block as fast.

I went there for the first time on sunday, my headers stopped steaming after 3 laps because my t valve got clogged!!!!!!!!
