I have been to pyramid a few times, always on jet skis though, never took my boat. What I can tell you is, you have to be in line by 5am on the weekend if you want in. Ive showed up there at 5:15 and I was already the 30th truck in line to launch at 6. They limit the number of vessels. Sometimes Ranger Rick can be real ass there too.

Anyone running dry headers there?

When I had my Olds I was running over the transom bassetts,  they had water lines hooked up to them but I would run them dry because of reversion issues. I never got hassled for the noise and I'm assuming I passed inspection because they assumed I would be running water to them
