Nice cover, but I think I like the license plate mount better.Only the most high quality zip ties were used. Lol
Dammit Jake, you're going to make me have to update mineIt's going to b1 racing here soon for some rigging 😁😁😁👍👍👍it never stops
Pros, cons, what kind of power does it take to move it, ride?Depends on the weight and what You want to do with it. I've ridden in a few gen 2's and they ride great. Shut down in those things are great from what I've been told. 6 or 7 hundred hp would be a fun river hot rod.
Yeager "Orangegasm #177" 468 Chevy. 4.320 bore 13:1 JE/SRP pistons, Carillo 6.135 H-Beam rods, GM steel stock 4.000 stroke crankshaft, Crower 1.75 & 1.7 Stainless Enduro rockers, Crower pushrods, Schneider custom solid roller "nitrous grind" camshaft (mid'.700's lift), Comp solid roller lifters, Brodix BB2 heads ported & polished by BRE, and given the typical BRE once over (valve job, cc'ed, guides honed to size, and surfaced to 114cc's) Block line honed, decked, bored & honed w/ torque plate all in house by BRE, 1050 Dominator by John @ C&J, Edelbrock Victor intake worked over by BRE. Engine was built to run hard on nitrous... and still fairly decent on motor... so we plan on it running really well once the button is hit. Made a peak of 789hp@6800... but was a little crispier on the tune than I like to see it go down the track for the first time. Final tune-up... heat of the day, made 784hp@6900, 620tq@6300 and nice and flat power band... over 700hp by 6000rpm... and maintained over 600tq between 5600 and 6800... should really rip on the bottle with a nice 28/20 jet tune-up.Standard from what i know.
Jake is your crank standard or is it .010 under?
Hey Dennis are you running after-market rods and crank? I am just wondering for myself if a 4 bolt chevy with a stock forged crank and dimple rods will take the kind of power you are making.
Will you be in Bakersfield this weekend?I wanted to be, but I have to work tomorrow and early Saturday morning. Iam going to try and shoot up there for the day on Saturday though.
Where's the race happening on the lake? I'll be out there this weekend.Race goes down in Thompson bay twords body beach.
