The placement of the rack to helm will depend on several things: which direction the cable is routed from helm(left or right) and which side of the pump the cable connects to( a stock JC/JG connects on left, a stock JE/JF connects on the right. With a JC/JG style, and cable exiting to left side, rack should be below. With the JE/JF, and cable exiting to the left, rack is mounted to top side of helm.

Best advice is to check and double check that the nozzle swings to right when wheel is turned right and to the left when wheel is turned left.

I can't verify this since the Blue one isn't here. Can tell you it makes sense, but I know for a fact both boats the steering cable exits left but can't be sure on which side the blue one steers by (JC pump). The moo does steer by the right side of the pump, (JE pump).

Next week I prolly could.

Lol yeah it is! I told Andy on the phone I was running VR1 straight 50 in the blue one, looks like he's going another route, which is fine, and to order the remote kit and if he didn't need it he could always return it. But it solved the Moo's excessive pressure problem. It went from a buried needle at idle to 70-80 PSI no matter the temp or rpm. I'm running basically the same pump he is, just the ferd version, M84.

I think the VR1 50 is what Jeremy is putting back in mine, (He found it was milkshaking a little more than I had ever seen, time for the new intake and carb, as I'm betting the water's getting in from the intake.)

Seems like he did a good job prepping the short block for the new heads and cam. And the Cam break in, engine install he had Omar there to help him. Proly to drink more beer, but still, Omar'd tell him he was focking up on something I would bet.

No, but the Aux solenoid is a good idea( I dun run one). BUT you have more connections and cables that could be failing you. Do this, take loose all your cables, use a wire brush on all the connections and cable ends, including the battery, then coat them with Vaseline and re connect everything. I bet your problem goes away.
