We boated right by there on the way to Lazy Harry's on Sunday afternoon. Not very many boats on the river yet. They will show up though. Beach gets crowded with PWC's. Launch and go find a nice beach. Current isn't too bad. There is Big Bend also. Just up from AVI on River Road.

Body and paint is clean(silver) needs some interior pieces. headliner is done. Car must be trailered, I am transfering vehicle in my name, Pink slip available as soon as I receive it.

I'll keep an eye open up here in Kern County. Jamminmon called me this morning, looking for a nice hull for his buddy. Has a BBC ready to drop in. Was going to start drag racing but saw pics of the last AVI trip and would rather build a boat for his family.
