Well first problem i see is like Glenn said no gate valve. The valve serves two purposes, to shut off water incase of blown hoses and to adjust water flow which will also adjust pressure. And second, swap the regulator from the top of the t to the front of it. That way pressure is pushing on the regulator and not flowing right by it.

The block and crank need to be cleaned because of surface rust. I'm pretty sure the blocks been bored out. Measured it with an old slide mic when another guy came and looked at it. Everything is there, block, crank, rods w/ old pistons, timing cover, water pump cover, flex plate, harmonic balancer and an old Mallory dizzy

The bowl gasket, shaft seal and o ring are like 20 bucks shipped. its worth it to buy and replace them when you pull it apart. I was told to never use silicone instead of a bowel gasket because it will blow out and if it doesn't you'll have a hell of a time getting it apart the next time

All you really need tool wise is a drill, angle grinder, large speed square, some regular drill bits and a large countersink drill bit.

Honestly your better off buying the kit offered from jbp, it's about a 100 bucks and comes with everything not to mention the valve is marked so adjustments are easier. By the time you piece it together you'll be about the same price

I can see it, the only problem I have had on my iPhone is it won't show pictures it just shows the mountain with the line picture.
I had the issue when posting if I didn't wait 15 Seconds it would post the text but not the picture. Maybe guys are forgetting the 15 second delay?
