Or maybe 2Sav. He wants seven or eight FIL's so he can fix their boats too??? >:D

j/k Steve, what gives?

Ray

If i had 8 FIL's i would be in Utah ;D

just playin around... i got set back by a starter issue and parts ordered that were out of stock.... Or it would be running tomorow ;D

I had to steal the starter off my ride to get the Eliminator on the water, thats a done deal . It hits the lake tomorrow.

Thanks to Tom he got me a new starter to replace mine , got it today . I love JBP  :-*

My order gets here from CP on monday , so im giving myself a week to check, double check and check again before i fire this pig :sly:

Video will be taken ;)

I cant explain how i feel right now, relieved and scared at the same time :sly:

I can only hope it goes well ???

hmmm my place diverter has the same issue but my lazy ass needs to order a 43c cable clamp....double check that...my issue seems to be right at the handle too

I was going to order a new clamp but for the price of the clamp compared to shipping  :screwy:, i just made  the flat piece i need for the bottom of the clamp for free ;D

All better now ;)

I spent an hour yesturday adjusting the cable, heim (sp) joints and found the cable inside the handle slipped out of the clamp.  I guess when they installed the new cable they left out the bottom of the clamp and used washers cause now the screws were too long  :banghead:

All fixed and adjusted with alot more nozzle adjustment up and down....

I would try the adjustments before grinding ???

I've alway had good luck with Delco batteries.  Most Delco automotive batteries have a minimum 2 year free replacement plus the pro-rate.

i will see if i can find Delco batteries here in town , thanks  ;)

No Costco in Bullhead? Huh....Just dont forget what happened to Skip with his Walmart battery :o Hate to see you get your face acid washed before you got the boat wet. When is this going to happen again? I know youre close. Keep it up.

Well......... I was just told that Tom is out of top mount starters so looks like im giving up mine so i can get the Eliminator out of my hair :banghead: and i was also told my order from CP performance is on hold due to no inventory on what i ordered :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:

So in short.........not for awhile :'(

Steve,
I always purchased my batteries at Costco. Never a problem and would exchange them out about every year while still under warrenty. Gotta love Cosco warrenties ;D

Costco...........Bob , im in Bullhead :screwy:  Walmart has a good warranty also.. One year free replacement after that its pro rated.

Hulls / Re: glassed in speaker box
« on: April 07, 2009, 02:20:27 PM »
i wonder if i could make the capt chairs into individual speaker boxes to house the 15s. that would bring them out in the open and not rattle the hull very much at all. and probably travel a lot better rather than just shoot the bass to the back of the boat like my current setup.....

still brainstorming.

15's need to bounce / reflect off of something to give the clean bass sound / feel.  captains chairs ::) dont waist your time :sly:

if you had two 15s with amps wires and caps would you put it in your boat..lol.. it is not doing me any good on the garage floor. and i would use the hell out of a loud stereo on the river.

No for many reasons.... And its not cause im old ;D   Are you wanting to be the  "hey look at me guy?" like the rest of you clowns from Cali O0

Remember........KISS ;)
