I leave mine at the river it's in a 12x30 storage 24hr security and my unit has a alarm. 140 a month and it's less wear and rear on the truck and saves 1hr ea way towing.

How much $$ are you wanting to spend and what condition is the pump in? It has no diverter and in order to put one on I think u gotta pull the motor to get the bowl off. Looks like a Berkeley 12jc. I'd make the motor turn key, flip the interior to a bench and engine cover and have fun with her u wanna keep her and dump $$$ then go from there and figure out what u want to do. That's just my 2 cents hahaha

Ummm what did you do to your dads boat?

we added the transom hooks for the straps... I was agreeing with u telling Kyle it's a good idea instead of going over the transom. We used these.

Welcome to the site. The very first thing I would do is change how you have the boat held down. The strap over the transom to something inside the engine compartment needs to go. Other than that looks like you have a good foundation for a nice river boat. It looks like a Sanger super jet with a BBC. Looks good.

that's a good idea.. We did that to my dads boat and it was easy I actually have a extra one if you need it or need help doing them let us know we are all here to help each other out.

Welcome to the family brotha..... Where you at in Pasadena I grew up there went to john Muir high. I live in weat Covina now. Boat looks good when your ready for interior Martinez marine is the spot to go in corona they do amazing work for a good price and since you don't have much interior it would be that much Cheeper. I like the threw transom exhaust makes so if you wanted to add a engine hatch you can. Good luck with the boat.

I paid 880 for mine and it's rope tight around the entire border 12" down the side of the boat as well as 8 straps reinforced at all seats, open bow and windshields ...oh and engine hatch head rest and transom handles and Bimini.

« on: March 22, 2014, 07:37:52 PM »
It's under lock and key with alarm in storage under 24hr surveillance and protected by a healthy insurance policy. But we all know that if someone really wants ur boat they will eventually get it.

Uncle bobby and I modded mine after I lost one in Blythe due to old straps and windy Sunday. Bought a used one from weat coast marine full stainless frame and it's actually 6.5/7' long and I believe we cut 8/10" off total it's a little low but can't beat how sleek it looks.
