Welcome to the family brotha..... Where you at in Pasadena I grew up there went to john Muir high. I live in weat Covina now. Boat looks good when your ready for interior Martinez marine is the spot to go in corona they do amazing work for a good price and since you don't have much interior it would be that much Cheeper. I like the threw transom exhaust makes so if you wanted to add a engine hatch you can. Good luck with the boat.

Welcome! I'm pretty sure inner fenders for your trailer aren't a top priority, but if you feel like making new ones, I'll be doing mine this weekend. But Feel free to bring your old ones over and we could knock them out.

Welcome to the site. The very first thing I would do is change how you have the boat held down. The strap over the transom to something inside the engine compartment needs to go. Other than that looks like you have a good foundation for a nice river boat. It looks like a Sanger super jet with a BBC. Looks good.

we added the transom hooks for the straps... I was agreeing with u telling Kyle it's a good idea instead of going over the transom. We used these.

Good idea.
Could just throw the tie down over the pump too, not real tight of course, just enough to keep the boat in place

Welcome! Good looking starter float. Search old threads on here before you start any projects your unsure about. I'm fairly new here also and have found answers to almost every issue I've addressed on my boat; sometimes after making a few mistakes first....

Mine was stiff when working it back and forth on the trailer.
Once I got it on the water and under power, it was amazing!

How much $$ are you wanting to spend and what condition is the pump in? It has no diverter and in order to put one on I think u gotta pull the motor to get the bowl off. Looks like a Berkeley 12jc. I'd make the motor turn key, flip the interior to a bench and engine cover and have fun with her u wanna keep her and dump $$$ then go from there and figure out what u want to do. That's just my 2 cents hahaha

I'll give u guys the low down on her their was 8500 dumped into the motor so I'm told the jet looks ok but then I really don't know what I'm looking for I was thinking about that an switching it to a bench but that will Probley come In the later years the Motors healthy the interior is shot I need a steering cable an it's got a berk jet it is turn key as in meaning I have to turn a key to start the motor so let me know what other questions you have or give me a text
