I'm making mine from that Polyethylene  marine board, the same stuff cutting boards are made of
you can use regular wood working tools to cut it.  I have a saved link at work. comes in several colors
and is UV stable

and I'm in the same boat as you............
purchased a flywheel, flywheel cover and motor plates from him, well sent him the $$ anyway.
I do have a phone # but it is from his X GF. and an email. which he is not responding to..
well I guess I will see how good paypal works for refunds. I'm going to give him until this Friday
the 4th.  jet496boat PM me  your phone # and I will give you a call.
Hopefully he  just had some bad luck and will MAN UP....

If anybody does know him, please call him and ask him to contact me.
