Yes the boat has stress cracks and the gel coat on the front hull and runners could be redone typical for 40 years.  I started to restore the boat.  Interior, carpet, gel coat.  I do not currently have the boat posted for sale unless someone is serious.  The boat is original except the motor is a built 502 not stock or original to the boat.  Depending if someone is serious and how bad they want to low ball me I'll pull the motor. 

To The Real STO:  I do still have the boat.  I started restoring the boat.  The boat is currently winterized and put away for the winter (barn).   I will not ship it, but if you buy it you are welcome to tow it or have it shipped.  I can help you find some good tow companies depending on where you are located.  I am in Maryland.  btw it trailers great.  If your interested still let me know.  Thanks

The boat is a 75 not a 76 Sanger, 502 not a 454 .30 over, roughly 600hp.  Front seats were refinished in summer 13.  The boat is old but runs and look great.  Yes it is a shame because this website use to be a good place for river rats and fellow boaters. I would edit the posts, however I do not know how to edit it.  Nothing wrong with it, turn key just selling due to buying a first house.

The motor is a 502 .30, I believe that is a 409.  502 std bore 4.466 so .30 4.496.  Mine is a 4.75 stroke.

Yes, I was org. up to trading/selling the boat due to being laid off.  Since then I relocated to the east coast before I had time to seriously sell it. 

I cannot say where I work now however, I am in Washington, D.C. and am purchasing a house this is why I am selling the boat.  Lots of great trade offers, sorry.  I'm neg on the price at the same time, I will not give it away.  It costs $$$$ to build the motor alone. 

That boat is worth way more than $500 and 2 cases of beer buddy.  Look up the NADA value of the boat.  I'm guessing it's worth between $5k-$8k.  As long as there's nothing wrong with it.  Nice boat.

My 75' Sanger is still for sale, however, I have not advertised it in awhile.  Since CA, I have relocated to Pennsylvania / Maryland area.  I have installed new fuel lines, new water lines, braided fuel line with gauge, new spark plugs, elec. fuel pump, new header gaskets, had the 750 db pump holly carb adjusted, all new bolts, screws etc, new coil, and I also have a Sanger emblem correct for the year from Sanger Boat MFG from Sangers very own vault.(Extremely RARE, and almost impossible to find!) I'm sure that I forgot things.  Trailer is redone, new l.e.d. lights all around, new fender walls, wiring, harness connector.  Yes, the boat will run 80 + mph.  I have not seen another Sanger here on the East Coast since I moved here 7 months ago.  I also have a second pair of Bassett Headers that will go with the boat.  Custom boat cover, bahmi top.  Full length stingers.  Lots of Photos.  I have video of it up on youtube, search 1975 Sanger Jet Boat (4 videos)

I currently have the boat put away inside in storage for the winter, winterized.
