looking for 18-19 foot jet
« on: July 24, 2009, 10:49:28 AM »
Ive got a buddy that just got his boat together and finished and isnt happy... He built a very healthy bbf new interior guages yadda yadda yadda. But it has a panther  :banghead: so its not everything he/ we want outta the thing. so now we are weighing the options on either having tom @ jbp do a berk swap (I have a pump) or see if we can find a clean 18-19 foot bare hull or just less motor or running w/ bbf that we can just swap motors.

Whats out there guys I know you all are always looking.

Thanks
Dan

This boat is nice, I can go and take some more pics and give it the once over if you want me to. And I'd bet even money that he'd take $1500. Mounts are easy to come by.

Be sure to check the trailer carefully too.   Its a long haul home.   I was paranoid the whole 6 hours and so it felt like 12.

Check the license plate that someone didnt use asphalt paper as a bracket! You will end up dropping the plate somewhere and having to go back 30 miles to find it. Ask me how I know  :banghead:

I crawled underneath to look at the hull.  Not a scratch on her.  Never beached!

I also found three boards held on with duct tape and one with a bungie cord.   :screwy:   At least the tires were in good shape.  The boards will be fixed by the end of the month.
