Because the previous attempt to sell my boat seems to have broken Brad's site somehow, so I'm starting over for the new pics.

Here are the warts.  First is a deep scratch in the gel.  Not into fiberglass but definately tore up the gel coat.  Then someone tried to fill with what looks like a little Bondo.  So low you don't see it as it is under the waterline.   Second shot is a close up of the same scratch.   Third one is the only other issue regarding "bodywork".   Honestly this boat is in pretty good shape other than could also use some new rub rail.

3rd shot show weather ravaged interior.  This wasn't like this a year ago.  Every part except the tops of the seats is still in great shape but the heat under the tarp killed them.

Original engine cover is mostly just dirty.  Big stain at the back is rust but I think a magic eraser will get that off.

First two show what 30 seconds with some very old rubbing compound and a paper towel did on a nearly 100 degree day.  A little shade and a few friends with power buffers could cut this old tub up into a real nice shine.   Last pic is obviously the intake and pump.  I can't believe how clean the bottom of this thing is.

Before you puke the Internet again. What do you need to walk away from this thing?

Does it still come with the wounded Ford?

I wish I could walk away from it.
What it would take for you to tow it away is $2000.   :banghead:      That is $1600 less than I have in her.

I'm not sure where the misc. hardware like alternator, mounts, associated nuts n bolts are.  The old motor was condemned and long gone.  The forged shortblock I referred to is in Utah but I could get it back with 6-8 week notice most likely.  Almost new but needs one piston.  No visible sign of damage to anything else but I haven't pulled any of the caps.  I was told they were Arias pistons, Eagle rods, SCAT crank.  The design (compression) doesn't look too crazy for a boat.  I have a set of freshly machined heads that I got from a straight up member here after the machine shop found 5 cracks in the ones that I bought from 88CARERRA a couple years back.

Call/text me if you want to know anything else.  951.454.1934        Chris, 88CARERRA, you can call me too if you ever decide to do the right thing with these heads.  I have been driving around with them in my truck every day for over two years now waiting for your call telling me you will take them back.  Better call soon, as it looks like maybe GT is going to be using them for anchors.

Deal just fell through for $1000.  Anybody else ready to step up with cash?  The wife is bringing a toyhauler home from SEMA next week and so the boat will either go to one of you, or landfill I guess.

Well the toyhauler has finally arrived and the boat is getting pushed out into the wilderness.   Last call for this baby.  All offers no matter how insulting and ridiculous will be carefully considered and likely accepted.

I will let you know by the weekend. May still be interested.  Need to scare up some cash to be able to tell you what the offer is.

I think I'll need to name the boat second butthole. I need it about as bad.

Boat is gone at 3 pm tomorrow to a guy who will give away the boat just to sell the trailer.  Someone on here has been showing interest but he was supposed to call today and didn't.  I can't keep it past tomorrow and no one has even showed with a couple hundred bucks.  It is kinda sad, I really don't want to get rid of it but I don't even have time to donate it to a charity now.  I can't believe no one here or RDP was interested.  I don't want to deal with CL or anything like that, as it isn't at my house and it would be too easy to have someone just hook it up and steal it after "viewing it".
