1975 omega BBF project
« on: August 26, 2012, 11:40:07 PM »
New to this forum and boats in general, pick this up at the beginning of the summer for a grand, brought it home and soon realized I was going to tear it completley down, I have a 460 ford, dove-c block and heads, ported and polished gasket matched runners, healthy cam, offenhauser tunnel ram with 2 predator carbs, basset wet twisties, and a custom scoop I made at my shop. The boat launches hard out of the hole but only does 55 or so on the gps, I'm looking to pick up a wj energizer kit for my jacuzzie pump, any other suggestions on what I can do for improvments will be greatly appreciated. Thanks for looking!

I've heard mixed things about the energizer kits, get ahold of a shop that really knows pumps. Like jet boat performance, or performance jet. They can explain all your options to meet your goals.
