« on: June 22, 2013, 10:41:43 PM »
First of im a new member to the site and this will be my first boat. I just got a 93 Dana jet boat from my dad its been sitting for the last three years and still has the original interior. Im in the process of gutting and rebuilding all the wood with the help of my family. i will be uploading pics as i get them and im hoping to get it in the water this summer. any advise you can give is really helpful i havnt been able to find anyone with a similar boat in the build threads

I'm watching bud! I have a Dana too. You're moving along way faster than me though. Keep up the good work!

Just normal maintenance. Replace fuel lines and go thru and fix anything else that needs to be done.

just a FYI about a1, they usually say one thing and do another.  make sure you stay on top of them.  there are a few members here that have had their boats delayed at that shop.

ok so boat ran ok in havasu had a little issue with ignition system and carb. had to buy a new coil and a holley 750. so when i got home we took it to elsinore and it ran great until you hit a hard wake then it would cut out and die, but would fire right back up. im thinking loose electrical conection. what do you guys think
