 NO  >:(

The stringers are to pretty to drill holes in, so I need to go get some double sided tape and super glue  :screwy:

Are you still sitting in your boat listening to your new stereo, and making vroom vroom noises ?  ;D

Heres a pic of my new custom rail kit from Billy / ironman.  8' rails and plates 2 1/2 x 3/8 (super strong !!), all countersunk bolts,  I just need to drill 20 holes in my stringers now  :'(

The rails are done, almost.  I am still going to take them back out to do the final finish on the floors and stringers, but all the holes are drilled and they are mounted for now, no thanks to my little helper Leo. ::)  I caught him trying to make off with one of the pieces of angle to mount my seats, sneaky little guy !  :sly:

Looks fantastic! Keep after it and you'll be on the waters soon. Trust me, everyone here knows how long it takes to go from a hull to a boat. Keep after it and fall back on you "sponsors, (ie, the rest of us)" to keep focused............john

Have you even taken the other boat out for a run yet ???

2sav

If you are talking about the Daytona (there are 3 boats here  :screwy:).  No , That's next on the project list.

LOL. Ohhh,  you mean the only one that works around here.  Again, no.  I spend my time working on the project.    Hmmmm, now that I think about it, there's got to be something wrong with me if Id rather stay home and work on a boat than take the running boat to the lake  :sly:.  I guess I'm just bored with that old boat.  Just seems like a waste of gas, money, and time to take it out, its to slow. (stupid YJ pump) :(

Well today was the day to collect the motor out of the Lancer.  :'( Poor old boat, but it will get a new motor some day,  just not this beast (way to much power for a YJ).  The poor old boat also lost its spot in the garage today, now its outside under the canopy with the project Daytona.  I need more room or fewer boats!!

no more motor  :'(

In its new home

The MIGHTY BBF !!!  Just waiting for parts now, OOHHH Billy,  GET TO WORK!!!  ;D
