Can you get a pic of the back side, from under the dash?

The problem with America is stupidity. I'm not saying there should be a capital punishment for stupidity, but why don't we just take the safety labels off of everything and let the problem solve itself?

The center cap has to come off somehow
Maybe push and turn or could be threaded
But there has to be a way for ot to pop off

I think you can remove the bolts from between the steering shaft and the cable/rack unit, then remove the nuts on the back side of the steering shaft (helm) assembly and pull the whole thing out of the dash.

I'm getting the idea she is threaded and may be locked on I hate to damage the surface of the center cap so I will take your advise and remove the whole helm and start soaking in blaster. Thanks!
