Ok thanks, I'm trying to picture that.
I was looking for some pictures, but keep getting distracted. (Trying to get my floors done in the dining room lol)
Basically make a piece of bar stock drilled and tapped for the mounting holes in your brackets. Then make a hardwood plywood cover with the bar stock countersunk into the wood and bevel the outer edges and literally sandwich the metal between the bottom of the hull and the new wood piece.
Then laminate the whole thing right to the bottom of the hull.
Screw a piece of Crayon into the holes of the bar stock to keep from getting contaminated with resin.
Done it a few times before, or will raise the tanks about 3/8" to 1/2", so make sure the necks and tasks will still fit under the deck.
