Gas disposal

Ok so the gas in my boat is like 2 years old and smells like poo.... And i jst rebuilt and dipped my carb so i dont want to run the same old gas through it. Heres the prob. I got 15 gallons of bad gas. Does anyone kno where i can dispose of it? Or what can i do with it???

i've asked this same question and ive gotten the same answers.

In my garage i got a 1/2 barrel of 110oct that i bought August of last year (LBC Race).....no idea what to do with it.

i had like 50 gallons of old ass 91, and id add like 5 gallons of it at a time to my truck when i filled it up with good gas, and its had no problems.

I don't know what you guys are so worried about. As long as it's not race gas I would run it in just about anything that is stock. You're grocery getter, lawnmower, atv, anything low compression. If you were here I'd take it off your hands and put it right into my civic. You only have to be careful with the race gas because of the lead content.

yeah, cant put the 110 into the truck  :thumbdown:

and it would take me years to burn 30 gallons in the minibike.

Up in Santa Maria ca are local refinery will trade 5 gallon of bad fuel for five gallons of good and will take your dirty oil too  Try chevron out there Elsogundo blvd  by the airport  Just a thought :thumbup:

Just before my first trip this season to Blythe, I had about 4 gallons in  each of fuel in my tanks (10 gal tanks) I put half a bottle of octane booster in each tank, toped it off with prremium gas, and when I dropped her in, she fired right up, with NO hiccups at all, and ran tits. I have been doing this every season actually, and I dont use race gas. You having race gas, I think, You are at an advantage to use it. I definately see your  point, that it is NOT your boat. Yah, I ran atleast 30 gallons from my boats from last season or outta the flatty that was 2 years old in our cars. Id just add 5 gallons per fillup at a time. Thats in my efi yota, carbed yota, and my moms escalade. Never a problem with any of em!

You can turn in bad gas at most haz waste recycling sites, but some/most of them are under regs to not dump it out of your container so you have to be prepared to leave the container too. (Guess somebody musta died pouring bad gas so now common sense no longer works as usual...)

LOL! Only burned up ONE orange tree with Moo's old gas!  ;D  Second one is nervous as hell, but yeah, where I'm at? I'd have no problem burning a few gallons at a time. Brads got plenty of room to pull the same stunt. I was tactical with it. Fireants? what are those???????  :sly:

Do a search for enviromental companys or petroleum contractors that install fuel tanks at gas stations. I build gas stations in Fl and use enviromental companys to dispose of old gas when we remove the fuel tanks, they charge around .20 to .30 cents a gallon.
