Didn't they come with the cheesy little plastic bracket's for the back? Those are the same model that I have in my jet, but mine are white, I think what you need to do is take one of the plastic brackets and cut it at the angle of the gauge mounting hole and use one of the retaining nuts to hold the gauge in place (at an angle you only need one nut), then (I use a hot glue gun) you can put a dob of elastomeric silicone on the bracket behind the dash for some vibration protection, that way you will still be able to pull the gauge out if need be...Works like a champ    If it wasn't 34* and raining I'd go snap a pic, but I'm a big wuss...

Otherwise a small piece of plexiglass accross one of the studs will work, but takes forever...Had limited success doing that though.

eh, if anyone wants the SW's just pay shipping, theyre OLD.. the volt guage has a weird crack in it, but ive got tach, water temp, fuel level, hour meter, oil pressure. black w/ a metal surround that'd probly shine up nice.

got the speedo to fit, had to clearance the fiberglass surround.. now i gotta work on mounting them securely. thats tomorrow project.

i'll get pictures tomorrow. hell ill even throw in a oil sender with water temp sender 

try some PVC tub cut at what ever angle you need some silicone split ring and use rad clams to hold, you can cut tubes longer and drill them run wires through them from one Gage to next to. rings dint show that good in picture but work great.
