Product called Sea Goin Poxy Putty.

Google it and it'll bring up several places that have it advertised.

Tex marine sell it and they have the pint size kit which is good for setting an intake. I'd do a quick sample before you mix it all it like bondo some batches set off fairly quick so you will need a cup of water and a string finger to smooth it out. I've a few now and to the best to date was Ralph brunts cruiser
