best thing u can do to tell what kind of boat would be to post up a pic and look on the rear passenger side for the HIN.  the first 3 letters will tell you the manufacturer.  like mine is "TAH183901850918590" for tahiti.

do yourself a favor and just browse thru the tech forums here.  a simple search will pull up diagrams for water routing and many explanations on how to set it all up with a gate, etc.

hopefully some of the ford people here can chime in about the thermostat housing and the best route to go with that.

welcome to the boating world!

T stat housing on most Fords I've seen in a jet boat is a flat piece of aluminum. I happen to have a few of the weird ones that must have been used for logs here. But the flat one is usually drilled and tapped and the temp sending unit threaded in there. You can make one of those easily enough. Post up some pics and we can plumb it for ya!  ;)

Are you talking headers or OT pipes?  WTF is a "wetstack"?  :screwy:

HIN search http://www.uscgboating.org/recalls/mic1.aspx
Your lines will depend if you have logs or headers...
