I set the pump up temporarily and Fabricated a ride plate out of 1/4” 6061 aluminum plate.

The intake was previously machined and set for a setback, by D1 Performance.
The cradle was purchased from aftermarket.

The ride plate angle still needed to be set, relative to the keel, but shims or spacers need to be fabed up yet.

Got the helm, mounted up.

Got to work on the seat bench.
Cut and fitted the frame rails and mounting brackets.
Drilled and taped the holes to bolt it all together.

Cut the top late to size and fitted it to the frame.

Set the seats on top and adjusted to position, so that i can design the shape of the plate.
Drew out a design and the cut to shape.
Drilled and taped the bolt holes for the top plate.
Finished the edges all Purdy.

Went to work on designing an inner transom plate, that would act as a bracket, to carry the MSD, The fuel filter and the diverter pump.
I wanted to contain every thing with in the bilge area, as much as possible, and not screw any thing into the transom wood.
I drilled and cut all the holes for fittings and steering tube.

Mocked up and mounted the battery tray.
The battery tray was fabricated and welded by Rafael Gomez.
He did an awesome job on it and we cant wait to see it all chromed up!

Fabricated a T-stat housing cap.
Drilled and taped with pipe thread for a single dump.
Used transfer punched to locate the bolt holes to be drilled.
