I have no idea what you could get from the engine. If its a rare GTO engine it might be worth a lot.

The hull and the rest of the hardware from 0 to $600 depending on how good of a salesmen/lucky you are. This is provided the boat isn't rotten.

Turning it into a fast riverboat won't happen, it's the wrong kind of flat.

Making a nice skiboat/ cruiser out of it will cost a pile of $$.

Shit!!! Buy it and keep it!!!  389 's are solid motors. Grab a tri pwr intake at a swap meet and 3 2 barrels and ya have an ultra sweet retro ride.  My O2.
