looks great, but i might have a small suggestion.....not trying to pick apart your work....
.....cut those bolts down. i can see someone snagging a arm/elbow/knee up on them while swimming up to them.

damn i gotta get around to doing that on mine... i just cant bring myself to drill into my fresh virgin transom... got the brackets already just need to come up with some kinda step. teak is freakin expensive...
