I have the cover but no hardware. But alls you need is four loop hooks and two mounts. You can get em at west marine or wherever

I measured 66-1/4" center to center of the gunwales. This is the top rail where my top hardware is mounted.

If you went down to where the deck fills are it works out to 72".

I don't think it will work without cutting about 10" out of the horizontal bars, there is a chance the fabric will end up way too wide...
