This is a harwood part # 3172-16 made in 3/99. I bought this in blue and it had minor scuffs and a couple corners were cracked. I have reglassed corners better than factory and then had this professionally painted white. Very solid piece... the new tray was for another scoop but drilled the holes to match scoop and installed new clips. The tray should fit both style carbs but has a small removable part for the standard carb size. I have this set up for holley 750 vs carb from studs by couplers then to tray with offset in front rise to compensate manifold. Once the tray is on I put my arrestor on top of tray and the gap from the rise will allow wind to escape. Your getting tray, scoop and hardware.
