I have a buddy with bell end Bassetts BBF that are in pretty good shape.  I'll find out the date on the collector for ya. They have the typical bluing and slight rust nothing to bad though. If your interested in bell ends let me know. He was going to run them but wants twisties.

What is date on you twistie collector.
