i also have this kenwood package. the receiver came with my new boat and is 1 season old but never installed the speakers. i was getting ready for a week long lake trip and i thought my receiver was bad. so at the last minute i bought the pkg from west marine for the trip. it turned out it was the i-pod cable. i just left the new receiver in the boat.
