I would recomend reading through the posts to see all the threads on people who have made plates and those who make them here on the boards. If youre going to take the time to make plates you may as well do it right, It's not always easiest or best to just trace some other plates and slap 'em in. I think Ralph and maybe Brad among others have posted threads here showing how to properly set up your motor.
