Yeah idk for sure. But I think Brian is still broke. So that would put you at 9 immediately. So you could call out 8 if he makes It out. Of not I think he will be at the avi event

No he doesn't have three weeks to except. This should be done in a timely manner. Then you have a time period starting then. Brian is broke at this time.
