The rules don't state you have to wait until a race is complete to call out the loser of said race. I'll be there anyways to have fun.

That being said,  the other party would have the two weeks to complete the race. So it doesn't have to be in the rules. Technically speaking.

Like Jim said, you don't even know who you are calling out until the race is completed.

That being said, this is NOT something where you can knit pick the rules apart. (See rule #2)  I shouldn't have to make a bunch of tiny rules because one chooses to be difficult. This is about having fun, not a government run shit show.

Ehhh you know how it goes, you invite 20 and 5 show up.  Also I'd hope that others know that water smoothness is key and to stay beached unless they're racing. And wait they're turn. Cross your fingers though Jim. It'll be cool if it works out that way.
