Been watching the wind. Since I'm 100 miles away would someone local who is an early riser post up the actual wind conditions around 6am tomorrow? Have to be on the road by 6:30 to get to launch ramp at 8.

Are there any webcams looking at the lake?

Been working all day to get my tow vehicle in good shape. I'm hooked up and ready, white caps suck.

The weather channel and weather.com only mention like 4-6mph winds, another site mentions gusts but doesn't seem like everyone's got the same info

Got a buddy I'm calling at 5:30 in the morn to see if it's windy. So keep posted tomorrow morn before you head out.

I will go if the weather report is good in the morning , it's along drive , should be a fun morning

Well the online weather looks ok

My plan is to make the drive and if it's to windy when I get there then no big deal.

I would hate to miss it if the wind lays down.

Unless we get a universal not going to happen from those that are close of course.

Side note - If you like seeing cool stuff in the sky go take a look at the Moon, above that to the right is Venus, then Mars and a little higher is Jupiter.

Lake is glass with no wind!
