I know it's about 6750 feet and when I take anything with a carb on it up there it just loads up

Take a wet suite. I had my boat up there a few weeks back. Water was ice cold motor never saw over 100. I dropped 4 jet sizes on the primaries and she ran alright up there.

It's fuel injected.

The lake is not bad.  I have to tune the carbs a little but not that big of a deal.  Lake is colder then normal takes.  Make sure your boat has no water and if your a jet they will make you start to make sure water does not come out.  Have fun and watch out for them damn wave runners they are everywhere.

If you have the bow tag you should be free and clear.

Yeah that helps but have to be tagged first.  Once your tagged for Big bear don't break the seal unless you are going there again.  If you are wet no seal they have a deal that you hook up to the engine and run hot water through for 20 min engine running.  My brother had to do it one time and watching your engine temp rise 180 degrees sucks.  I never put a hose on my boat and don't have a hook up installed.  Just letting you know how it works up there.  I have a cabin there and run the lake alot.  It's nice but they are stricked on the water with our or my kind of boat.  No you don't need baffles if you are running headers just have to be wet headers.
