Yeah thats it, but i cant find a map of the lake or an address so i can get a satalite view of the lake

Buena Vista Boating Ordinances

General Information• Safety in operating all equipment and vessels is of primary importance.
• Observing speed limits and preserving adequate distances between lake users will help prevent
accidents and injuries.
Laws/Ordinances
All California boating laws are strictly enforced, along with these particular ordinances:
Description Ordinance #
5 mph speed limit outside personal watercraft area at Lake Evans. Co. Ord. 13.48.270
No water skiing or towing of any devices on Lake Evans. Co. Ord. 13.48.280
No boats are allowed in personal watercraft areas and no personal watercraft
are allowed in boating areas from May 1- October 31.
Co. Ord. 13.48.285
No swimming in Lake Webb or Lake Evans, except in posted lagoons. Co. Ord. 13.48.290
45 mph speed limit in Lake Webb boating area. Co. Ord. 13.48.330
Lakes Webb and Evans close at sundown in trout season. Co. Ord. 13.48.740
Unlawful to operate a vessel between 1 hour after sunset and 1 hour before
sunrise.
Co. Ord. 13.48.100.A
No littering. Fish and Game 5652
No fueling except on gas docks at Lake Webb and fueling area. Co. Ord. 13.48.470
No storage of fuel containers on park grounds. Co. Ord. 13.04.06.A
Jet-skis are limited to a posted area beside the campground at Lake Webb
(max. 125).

They have nice sites, a playground for the kids, a fishing lake, the store is still closed but there's one 1 mile from the gate, nice showers and bathrooms. You'll dig it. You bringing the RV or tenting it? I know Brock has some sites, I bailed on putting the trailer on his site since the boat's not done, we're gonna tent it.

Sweet! I just talked to Jim, looks like the trailer is back on, and he said something about making me take my boat out there? I guess he's going to bring the final bits & pieces I need to get the throttle cable done, and some seats I sold to his buddy Phillip, now I'm really stoked!

PS-does Matt know that there is a jet ski area?

As I remember it the day use area had nice sandy beaches and the campsite areas were really rocky. I think the spot we always tried to get was campsite 45. Look at a map of it. I think it was out on a point. Pretty cool spot. Good catfishing when I was there. Have fun out there.

just a short 5MPH zone away (about 100YDS max) that's according to the sites Jim has

But I do remember that the over flow site would fill up and would have to camp outside the park. Nobody in the overflow last weekend. Way too many boats with towers. Still good times in the camping area.

They let way too many boats on the lake and on the weekend, the wakeboard boats just completly F' up the water. But if you get up early, there is some good water. I live about 15 min from BV and we will go out during the week and there is hardly anyone there.

The liquor cure has worked for me now about 8 times.

21st birthday i had a big party and i was dead with strep...completely miserable.....some buddys (and myself) thought it would be a good idea to make me chug gold schlagger for 21 seconds. besides getting drunk, the strep was gone within an hour.

same at a cousin's wedding. my brother in law tried to drink my dad under the table (BAD mistake)...i joined in on the fun....after about the 2nd shot, i was feelin like a million bucks. not so much after the 5th shot. There was blueberrys in the wedding cake that ended up all over my brother in law's hotel room's wall - obviously, he lost. i was hungover the next day, but no strep.

I saw the pattern here and ever since then, when i get strep or start to feel that scratch in the throat....2 shots, a nap and im good to go.

obviously, i dont suggest ralph tests this out on his daughter >:D

on the way to the trailer, skip broke and i had to tow him. when we got to the dock there were 2 jet skis stirring up the water so it was hard to get them on the trailer. couple of under age operator's going way too fast in the no wake zone. so i went to the front gate and got'em kicked out ;)

Jim & I messed with boat on Sunday afternoon, he's leaning toward the carb being the issue, if he manually works the accelerator pump, the f**ker runs great, make it work on it's own and it's not happening. Oh well, good thing I live close enough to be able to test & tune after work. Bob, you should have made the drive.

Trust me. I would have :mad: Needed one more day to have some fun this weekend. Hopefully the boat will be an easy fix. One thing foresure is......I went through alot of Twang this weekend. You might have to bring some to Parker for me ;)
