General Information• Safety in operating all equipment and vessels is of primary importance.
• Observing speed limits and preserving adequate distances between lake users will help prevent
accidents and injuries.

All California boating laws are strictly enforced, along with these particular ordinances:

They have nice sites, a playground for the kids, a fishing lake, the store is still closed but there's one 1 mile from the gate, nice showers and bathrooms. You'll dig it. You bringing the RV or tenting it? I know Brock has some sites, I bailed on putting the trailer on his site since the boat's not done, we're gonna tent it.

Sweet! I just talked to Jim, looks like the trailer is back on, and he said something about making me take my boat out there? I guess he's going to bring the final bits & pieces I need to get the throttle cable done, and some seats I sold to his buddy Phillip, now I'm really stoked!

I think it is really called lake Webb.  I used to go there a lot when I was a kid.  As I remember it the day use area had nice sandy beaches and the campsite areas were really rocky.  I think the spot we always tried to get was campsite 45.  Look at a map of it.  I think it was out on a point.  Pretty cool spot.  Good catfishing when I was there.  Have fun out there.

We were just up there last weekend for 3 days. Its the same as it was 20 years ago. But I do remember that the over flow site would fill up and would have to camp outside the park. Nobody in the overflow last weekend. Way too many boats with towers. Still good times in the camping area.

Love going to that lake.   Seems a lot more wakeboarders have been going there lately as well.

They let way too many boats on the lake and on the weekend, the wakeboard boats just completly F' up the water.  But if you get up early, there is some good water.  I live about 15 min from BV and we will go out during the week and there is hardly anyone there.

Once I get the Kona put back together, I will have to come out and meet some of you guys when you come up to BV.  (It will be a little while as I just got it back from the painter).
