I am going out on a limb here but I need some help....

I have been chasing my tail around on this boat since I picked up back in Jan and I think I finally have it, but I need somebody who knows Holley carbs and how to set timing pretty well to either meet me or ride out to Elisnore with me this Firday.  For those that don't know, my boat is a 76 Hallett 18 bubble deck with a fairly stock 460, I just got an HEI style dizzy, new plug wires, freshly rebuilt 700 dbl pumper. Nothing crazy just a pretty simple boat but I am just not a pro mechanic and I would like the help of somebody more knowledgable and all my friends are flakes.

I know it's short notice but I really want to take it out to the river this weekend but don't want to tow it all the way there to find out it's still not tuned properly.

I am not good enough at setting my running timing (I think I have initial down)and setting up my carb (jet size, float levels ect...) Plus I could use a hand on launching it ect...

If any of you feel like you could really help me out with this final hurdle and don't have any plans on Friday, come help me out please, it could be a good time if she runs well.

sheesh, I don't think I could pull that one. Thanks for the offer though. I wish you guys were closer, it seems you guys are always turning wrenches.

hit me up dude i"ll help you.whats wrong with your liquid sled .I'm not much of a ford person but they all work the same..holleys are the most easiest to set..I live buy elsinore be more than happy to help you..there may be other issues besides the carb..let me know what its not doin..
