What time do you guys all head out? When I do Lake Elsinore i usually do a half day. On the water around 730 off by 12 before the chop or just plain out of fuel.

Where errbody else launch at? I launch at what I think is the city ramp off lakeshore drive and what's fuct is if you launch there by yourself its soo waked out and ocean choppy by 11 you can hardly tie up to sprint to your truck...

We were up late with a sick kid, so nobody got up early. So instead we are taking the guns out to Elsinore. The 12 yr old has a new scope to sight in and a buddy has a new .308 to play with. Hope you guys have a great time out there today. The weather is awesome this morning !

Ill see if the wife will let me out. Goin to the ama event in Anaheim sat so I might of used my get outta jail pass for the weekend.

Edit:

Well got the ok but she pointed out that my tires are shot on the trailer and my funds are tied up elsewhere so I don't think im gonna brave that drive. I would be able to make it to perris though.

Just got back and it was awesome. Me and the wife had the whole lake to ourselves. No other boats at all parked at the ramp. West Marina has most of the docks out for repairs and they were scrubbing off some of the algae from the ramp itself if you can believe that. Mid day a green/white Magic and an orange and white Hallett chased us out of the cove with their noise. It had been so quiet that just the guy on his phone made us go hang out in the middle of the lake. Burned up about 1/4 tank of gas, I had hoped to burn more of the old stuff before Parker but the wind chill was still kinda significant. Thankfully I can always count on my wife to find ways to keep me warm. Gotta love my boat, its a lot like having a water bed on the water.
