I drove bye in March Black Butte had water but the farms might be soaking it up not sure

It's been a long time since I've been up there just have a lot of good memories of that lake you can do the rain dance like we do here in Arizona lol

They say El Nino is gonna happen again this year.   Too bad we need about two of those back to back
