wat lakes are good??

im getting ready my boat ready for this year and i really dont kno too many lakes around the IE area.. i live right next to Puddingstone, and i kno about Silverwood lake... but are there any other good ones within driving day distance??? ones that you can spend the day at...

your best bet with elsinore is early mornings if you have flat bottom jetboat or vdrive.. usually choppy after 3pm. theres usually jetboats hangout at the cove southeast side of lake. I been through it last summer for first time, great friendly people!!

Elsinore is a pretty big lake but has water issues, probably better for testing than anything else.  You may drive a bit for some better lakes like El Cap.,Castaic, etc. but you probably won't regret it.  There are a lot of guys going to El Cap from the boards so keep a eye out for the posts and you can meet up.
