Aftermarket Exhaust Treatment, ever seen this?

I was flipping through e-bay and stumbled on this exhaust set up. I have never seen this before. Any of you seen it before? Who makes it? Other than equalizing the exhaust, is it a muffling system?

I built those for years, they are very quiet, I used aluminum pipe/tubing to build the crossovers. Makes the boats as quiet as an I/O but with seemingly zero horsepower loss.

That looks like a sweet set up.

Living in central California, the sound restrictions got pretty stupid. Especially before the Park Rangers learned how to use the db meters...
