I know its not that big, but to me its the end of the world...kinda the last thing i really needed right now!!!!! long story short my fault no excuses! no other cars involved

did you guys know they put no tresspassing signs in the middle of the desert? did you know they can totally kick your trucks ass?

yes i was supposed to be in that area it was a jobsite, and i was backing up slow not really looking cause i was in the middle of the desert....this is what i get for not looking!

so josh posts this panic post on facebook about "wrecking" his truck.....has all these people in a panic wanting to know if hes ok....i even texted him tellin him to call me if he needs anything....i assumed his truck was totaled....

then he posted a picture of it.

everyone was like "wtf, are you serious?" "thats all?"


josh, its fixable...not the end of the world. totally not a big deal at all. get over it....shit could be worse.

yeah i was working so i posted quick....everyone who texted i explained it wasnt that bad and im not hurt just hurt inside....it kills me i have never had a huge dent in anything so its new to me...yeah i know its no biggie and everything, and i think im mostly pissed at myself!

I had the same thing happen, except mine was a dumbass college girl that hit my truck, same place. Crawl under the truck and push it out. Call it good, it's a truck not a Lambo. Take your boat to Parker next weekend.

truck will  be in the shop next week! good thing i put rental car on my insurance! one good thing i did! gonna make sure that i get a rental truck cause dammit! its boat season!!!!! i want it fixed right for once im not gonna half ass something!

Sorry to see the damage Josh. When renting last time I needed a truck to tow and to my surprise had a hard time finding one with a hitch on it...

Oh sh-t thats nasty, The paints not going to match and you will always know its been fixed there. You need to get a new one to be happy Josh . I cant believe how some guys just tare up there sh-t  ;D ;D just kidding  suck it up Josh   Same thing happend to my truck same spot but it was parked at the court house and a cop saw it happen and got me out of court .

Thanks guys you all made me laugh as I am staring at this damn thing...just not used to the fact that I have a big dent in my truck....ssomething I have never experienced...up until today at the age of 25 I made my first insurance claim...uncharted waters for me! The dent is fugen big by my standards! So much as I mesured it

2 foot X 1 foot 6 inches, and 4" deep...yeah I know no biggie, but to me it sucks! Call ot hurt pride I suppose! A decade of driving and finally got bit

That sucks lil bro, the first dent is the worst......

I remember mine, it was in my 1970 Chevelle, But my dents were on the roof. ( on a residential street :sly:)after we flipped it back over i drove it home yanked the motor stuffed it in my Camaro and junked the chevelle :'(



Atleast you can have yours repaired  ;)

my first was a light pole head on in a 66 mustang at 50 :banghead: we had paint and auto body, and there was a kid in class with a ford probe (yea a p.o.s. probe) that kept talkin shit. so we raced leaving class and a car ran a stopsign. I had 4 wheel drums and a built 289. nice horsepower and bad breaks dont mix. the cop peeled the licence plate off the pole.

What is it with people running stops?  I was a Junior in high school and driving an old Datsun B210, some old lady with no license ran a red light and T-boned me as I was making a left turn.  Junked the car  :thumbdown:

Josh, the body shop will fix it up so you won't be able to tell it was ever damaged, then you need to go out and drink excessively and forget it ever happened  ;)
