I don't have a hook up in your area, but I highly recommend an insulated steel outside aluminum inside roll up...Mine lowered the temperature of the garage in the summer by at least 15*. Also have not run the garage heater in three years....
It costs about 15% more and worth every cent...
Mine has windows which I could take or leave, but every house in my court has windows in the garage door, so didn't want to stick out.....
