Seriously? This is beyond apples and oranges comparison... More like comparing apples and cannon balls.

How about this... everyone else is totally wrong... People here are wrong... Department of Transportation is wrong... SFI is wrong... SNELL is wrong... NHRA, NJBA, F1, NASCAR, SCORE, Etc... All racing sanctioning bodies... All wrong... Because a 1976 Bell Moto 3 is far safer of a helmet than the modern junk people are forced to wear. Does that even seem like a remotely reasonable arguement?

Nobody says you can't wear that thing if you want... Personally... You can wear a home depot bucket, or nothing at all and it wouldn't be neither my concern nor business... Nor is it the point... But to argue that it it is SAFER than a current rated helmet is... Just without any basis or foundation.
