Big Boat = Big Stickers

Kate and I have been working on this project the last couple of nights...we're hoping to be done tonight.

The boat is a 42 foot Fountain Lightning with twin 598's 14-71 blown 1300 hp motots.

this thing is a monster....pictures dont do it justice.

this boat will be competing in the catalina ski race this weekend.

That right there is one of the baddest boats you'll ever see . Fountain actually holds the kilo speed record @ 171 . Mind you thats a two way pass and then averaged . Faster of the two passes was 177 (yes thats MPH) and some change . I dont know if it still stands . Reggie is also known for pulling away from a field cats in his V-bottoms at some poker runs .Which is pretty good considering cats are by design supposed to be faster . Reggie has also put his word in writing that his boats are the fastest .

yea this thing is a damn monster!!! the inside of it is sooo neatooo.. the seats.. you stand up in! haha. im sure you guys knew that already but i dont think ive ever seen a boat like that before until this one. .. now im just waitin for brad to come pick me up so we can enjoy day 3 of this ! ahgg! so tired. haha.

That boat is in the upper eschelon of what boating is . If I could ever afford a boat that big that I wanted to easily break the century mark . It would be a fountain. Otherwise , a Hallett and yes I'm partial to the Hallett.

yea its parked in front of the guys house.. just for us to do stickers on this week... apparently he normally houses it in havasu..

yea NEATOOOOOOOOO . come on guys .. you gotta realize by now i know nothing about boats so i pretty much think everything is neato.

the boats done....i will post pics of the completed work later today.....what a project that was.

huge thanks to kate (woman!), kyle (bigred) and my buddy doug for helping me out....if it wasnt for you guys, I would be no where near done.

Meeting up with another large offshore boat at 6pm to slap some large numbers on it for this weekends race as well.
